Here are the important features released in Sibme's Apr. 13, 2026 release.

Web Platform

  • AI Insights

    • New Prompts for AI Insights Multiple Artifacts

      • Three new prompts have been added to AI Insights on multiple Artifacts to support leadership coaching workflows.

        1. Coaching Brief: The Coaching Brief prompt runs before a coaching session to generate preparation insights based on prior session transcripts. Select your Artifacts and choose Coaching Brief to get a focused summary of themes, patterns, and conversation starters to guide your next session.

        2. Leadership Analysis: The Leadership Analysis prompt runs after a coaching session to analyze the meeting transcript and generate structured insights. It is available when using Multi-Select Artifacts with at least one video selected.

        3. Draft Follow-Up Email: After running Leadership Analysis, you can use the Draft Follow-Up Email option to generate a ready-to-send follow-up email based on the session's analysis. This gives coaches a fast starting point for post-session communication.

        4. Notes: A new Notes category has been added to AI Insights, making it easier to organize and find note-related prompts alongside your other context and prompt options.

    • AI Insights Context Size Indicator

      • AI Insights now displays the approximate file size of each Resource in the Context pane. The pane also shows your total combined context size. If your Resources exceed the processing limit, an orange warning appears at the top of the Context pane — showing both the total size of your Resources and the maximum allowed — so you know exactly what to adjust before running AI Insights.

  • Transcripts

    • Searched Text Highlighting Restored

      • When searching within a transcription, matching words are now highlighted in the results.

  • Forms

    • Forms Reports: Date Filter Now Applies to Archived Forms

      • Date filters in the Forms Reports filter bar now apply to Archived Forms, giving you accurate date-scoped results when viewing archived form data.

  • Comments

    • Comment Reply Order Updated

      • Replies within comment threads now consistently appear in chronological order (oldest to newest), matching the expected reading flow and the behavior of other commenting platforms.

  • People

    • Column Headers Stay Visible While Scrolling

      • On the People page, column headers now stay fixed at the top of the screen as you scroll through a long User list. This makes it easier to identify which field is which when you have many Users or Custom Fields in your Account.

Mobile

  • Recording

    • Handle No Sound Alerts During Video Recording

      • Sibme now monitors audio levels during Video recording on both iOS and Android and alerts you if no audio is detected.

        • Microphone Off: If your microphone is muted at the device level during recording, a "Microphone Off" message appears on screen immediately and stays visible until the microphone is re-enabled.

        • No Sound Detected: If your microphone is on but no audio is sensed for 10 seconds, a brief "Are you there? We don't hear anything." message appears for 5 seconds. If silence continues, the message repeats every 1.5 minutes. This helps you catch recording problems before the session ends.

    • Take a Photo or Scan a Document While Recording Audio

      • When recording Audio, you can now take a photo or scan a document directly from the recording screen — the same functionality that was added for Audio Sync-Notes. Photos and scans are attached to the recording as Artifacts, and access to these options appears in the notification bar while recording is active.

    • Session Persistence During Recording

      • Sibme now keeps your recording session active even if your login session expires while you are actively recording. Video Recording, Audio Recording, and Sync Notes (Audio and Video) are all protected by this improvement.

    • Mute Button During Video Recording (Android)

      • Android users can now mute audio directly within the Sibme app while recording a Video. A microphone icon appears on the recording screen — tap it to mute, and tap again to unmute. The icon updates to show your current mute status.

    • Microphone Permission Validation for Audio Recording (iOS)

      • If microphone access is disabled in your iOS device settings, Sibme now shows an error message and prevents Audio recording from starting. Previously, recording could begin silently without capturing any audio. This applies to Audio recording in your Workspace, Huddles, and Sync Notes.

  • AI Copilot, AI Tools & AI Insights

    • Table Rendering Fix (Android & iOS)

      • Tables in AI Copilot, AI Tools, and AI Insights responses now render correctly on both Android and iOS.
