Release Details for Mar. 3, 2026

Here are the important features released in Sibme's Mar. 3, 2026 release.

Web Platform

  • AI Insights

    • AI Insights on Multiple & Mixed Artifacts

      • You can now run AI Insights on more than one Artifact at a time β€” including a mix of Video and Audio files. When using AI Insights, select multiple Artifacts to include them all in the context for your Prompt. This allows you to generate insights that draw across multiple recordings in a single session.

  • Context Size and File Size Indicators

    • The AI Insights context pane now displays the total context size of each individual Artifact you've added. A warning will appear when your total context is approaching the model's limit, helping you manage what's included before running a Prompt.

      • What this means for you: You'll know upfront when your context is getting too large β€” so you can remove or swap Artifacts before hitting a limit, rather than discovering it after running a Prompt.

  • Analytics

    • AI Usage Data in User Summary

      • Account Owners and Super Admins can now view AI feature usage per user in Analytics > User Summary. Six new AI usage fields have been added:

        • AI Copilot Chat Posts

        • AI Insights Prompts Run

        • AI Reports Run

        • AI Tools Run

        • Biometrics Run

        • Blur Run on Videos

These fields are included in the Default Report Configuration: All Fields. AI Reports Run has also been added to Report Configuration 1: User Engagement (Video).

A new Report Configuration 4: User Engagement (AI Only) is now available, which includes User Role, Huddle Role, and all six AI fields β€” making it easy to filter your User Summary report to AI activity only.

        • What this means for you: If your Account uses Sibme Copilot, AI Insights, AI Reports, AI Tools, Biometrics, or Blur, you can now see exactly how frequently each user is engaging with those features β€” all in one report.
