Release Details for July 15, 2026

Here are the important features released in Sibme's July 15, 2026 release.

Web Platform

  • Sibme Copilot

    • Time-Based Welcome Message

      • When you open Sibme Copilot after your first session, you'll see a personalized greeting that changes based on the time of day. Copilot greets you by first name with one of several rotating messages — for example, "Morning, [Name]. What are we working on?" in the morning, or "Working late, [Name]. Where do you want to start?" late at night.

    • Chat Opens Directly to Your Huddle

      • When you open chat from within a Huddle, Copilot now takes you directly to that Huddle's chat instead of opening to the general chat view. This makes it faster to send messages around specific content without needing to navigate to the right conversation manually.

    • Download Mobile App

      • A new icon has been added to the bottom of the left navigation bar. Clicking it opens a modal with QR codes for both iOS and Android, so you can download the Sibme mobile app from anywhere in the application.

    • Synced Notes

      • The processing screen that appears while a Video or Audio Synced Notes recording is being processed has been updated to match the current Sibme 2.0 design. The updated interface is consistent whether you're viewing the file from the Media View or the Notes View.

    • Color & Logo

      • Color & Logo customization in Account Settings now applies only to the top navigation bar. The left sidebar navigation always follows the default Sibme design, regardless of your Color & Logo configuration. This is available to Account Owners and Super Admins.

Mobile

  • Media Uploads

    • The media upload flow on iOS and Android has been updated with an upgraded AWS SDK. This affects Video uploads, Audio uploads, and Synced Notes. Cases where uploads would occasionally get stuck have been resolved, resulting in a more reliable upload experience.
