Sibme’s Huddle Trackers are are useful tools to help coaches and assessors manage videos and feedback in their Coaching and Assessment Huddles and Program Managers quickly see basic information about their coaches’ and assessors’ sessions.

Who is this article for?

Based on the default user settings in the Sibme platform, you should have permission to complete this task if you are one of the user levels listed below. If you do not see the screens in this article, you can ask your administrator if you have permission.

  • Super Admin

Who can access videos from the Coaching or Assessment tracker?

1. The Coach or the Assessor

Anyone with a role as a Coach or Assessor in the account will see access to the Huddle Tracker on their Homepage.

From the Trackers page, the Coach/Assessor can toggle between their Coaching Tracker for Coaching Huddles they participate as a Coach in, and Assessment Huddles (if enabled) for which they are an Assessor.

Clicking on the session tile in the Tracker will open the Video Session detail allowing the Coach or Assessor to view session details and even click on the video thumbnail to access the video in the Huddle.

2. Program Managers with the role of Super Admin or Account Owner

Additionally the Account Owner and Super Admin, who by definition of their role serve as account or program managers, have access to the Huddle Trackers of all those who coach or assess within the account.

Because they have access to these trackers, Account Owners and Super Admin can open the Video Session Detail but, when no in the Huddle as the Assessor or Coach, these users are only able to see summary data and information, not the video thumbnail. Consequently, ithe program manager will not be able to access the Huddle; only the Coaches or Assessors of Huddles will be able to access Huddles from the Trackers.
