What is on-time feedback? | Sibme Help Center

If analytics and tracking is enabled in your account, on-time feedback is a feature that can be setup by your Account Owner in their account settings for the account Coaching Tracker.

On-time feedback is determined by the Account Owner in account settings in the Tracker Feedback Duration menu. You can set the duration of on-time feedback from 12 hours all the way to 2 weeks in the account. When a coachee adds a video to their Coaching Huddle, their coach in the Huddle has a certain duration of time to provide feedback before it is considered late feedback. The time feedback is given on videos in coaching Huddles is color coded to help coaches recognize when their feedback is on-time or late.

Who is this article for?

Based on the default user settings in the Sibme platform, you should have permission to complete this task if you are one of the user levels listed below. If you do not see the screens in this article, you can ask your administrator if you have permission.
