Roles and Permissions in the Huddle Conferences tab are slightly different from other parts of the Huddle. These permissions are dependent on the individual user’s Huddle role and the Zoom/WebEx account login credentials used when the user logs into Account Settings in the Huddle.

Huddle Conference Roles and Permissions

Huddle roles supersede User Roles in Huddle Conferences. Anyone can join a Huddle Conference if they have access to the Huddle where it was scheduled. However, only Coaches and Admins will have access to schedule Huddle Conferences and see other features within the Huddle Conference Tab.

When you click on the Conference tab in a Huddle, you will see information just below the tab that indicates which Zoom or WebEx user you are logged in as and your role in the Huddle.

Huddle Admins and Coaches will have the Conferences role of Teacher.

Teachers in the Huddle Conferences tab will have access to schedule events, create Appointment Slots and view Attendance for Past Events.

Huddle Members, Viewers, and Coachees will have the Conferences role of Student

Students in the Huddle Conferences tab will only have access to view the calendar of events in the Huddle, join upcoming events in the Huddle, and book times that have been created for them in the Appointment Booking tab.

NOTE: If you see that you are logged in as someone else in the right-hand corner of the Huddle Conferences Tab, you can change accounts by clicking on Account Settings. Please note that you must be logged in to a Zoom or WebEx pro account in order to have Teacher access to Huddle Conferences. If multiple users are logged into the same Zoom or WebEx pro account, concurrent meetings will not be allowed.
