AI Dashboard Overview | Sibme Help Center

Learn what the AI Dashboard is, who can access it, how to open it, and how its interface is laid out.

Written by Jeff Ritter

The AI Dashboard is your central view for tracking AI activity across your Account over time. It pulls together data from AI Reports — showing trends in talk time, question patterns, wait time, feedback, and more — into a set of interactive charts you can filter, compare, and export. Whether you want to see your own growth or compare multiple teachers' progress side by side, the AI Dashboard gives you the tools to do it.

This article covers what the AI Dashboard is, who can access it, how to navigate to it, and how its interface is laid out. For details on setting up your filters, see Using the AI Dashboard Filter Bar | Sibme Help Center. For details on reading and exporting your charts, see Reading and Exporting AI Reports Charts | Sibme Help Center.

Who is this article for?

Based on the default User settings in the Sibme platform, you should have permission to complete this task if you are one of the User levels listed below. If you do not see the screens in this article, you can ask your Sibme Account administrator if you have permission.

  • Users

  • Admin

  • Super Admin

  • Account Owner

The AI Dashboard is available to Accounts that have purchased the Sibme AI package. All paid User roles can access it, but what you see depends on your role:

  • Users can view their own AI Reports data and compare it to Account averages.

  • Admins, Super Admins, and Account Owners can view data for any teacher in their Account, compare multiple teachers side by side, and see Account-wide trends.

Note: If you don't see the AI Dashboard tab described below, contact your administrator to confirm that Sibme AI is enabled on your Account, or reach out to our sales team to learn more.

Open the AI Dashboard

From the left navigation, select Analytics. In the Analytics header, select the AI Dashboard tab. The page title updates to "AI Dashboard" and the AI Reports area loads below.

Overview of the AI Dashboard Interface

The AI Dashboard is built around one active area — AI Reports — with more areas coming in future releases. Below the AI Reports sub-tab, the interface has four layers stacked from top to bottom:

  • Filter Bar — a row of chips that control whose data you see and which videos are included. Each chip shows how many items are currently selected. For full details, see Using the AI Dashboard Filter Bar | Sibme Help Center.

  • Teacher info bar — a dark grey bar that identifies the teacher currently being viewed in Single User mode. Shows the teacher's name, email, Account, and their Biometrics date. Use the Previous and Next buttons on the right to cycle through the teachers selected in your People filter.

  • Monthly / Weekly toggles — control whether the chart X-axis groups data by calendar month or by week. The global . . . more menu sits to the right of these toggles and applies settings and exports across all charts at once.

  • Charts — the AI Reports data visualizations. Each chart has its own header with a title, info icon, date range, and . . . more menu. For details on reading and using the charts, see Reading and Exporting AI Reports Charts | Sibme Help Center.

The AI Dashboard currently includes one active area. Two more are planned for future releases:

  • AI Tools — a log of which AI Tools have been used, by whom, and when.

  • AI Insights — a log of AI Insights (Copilot) prompts run by each teacher.
