AI Tools uses Generative AI to help you create over 40 types of commonly used files for educators. Simply fill out a short form to provide some details about the file you wish to create and AI Tools will create a draft in seconds. Work with the Sibme Copilot to refine your draft and even use it as the basis for other files.

Who is this article for?

Sibme AI Tools is a premium feature only available to Accounts who have purchased the Sibme AI package. If you do not see the AI logo in your Account, contact our sales team today. When enabled in an Account, every paid user Role will have access to Sibme AI Copilot.

Steps to accomplish the task:

To begin using AI Tools, click on the AI icon at the top of any page.

Once you are in the Sibme Copilot page, you can click the Magic Wand icon to start using AI Tools.

This will open a screen where you can choose from four different categories of tools. Choosing the category will open a list of those tools in the right panel. From here you can select one of the tools in the right panel, or click the dropdown box to search for a tool or navigate to another tool-category.

Clicking the tool will open a form with relevant details for you to complete in the middle panel. The more detail you provide, the more specific your resource will be. For more information and suggestions on how to use the tools, check out these Companion Resources.

Once you have completed the required fields and provided any additional details you wish to provide, click Generate to have the Copilot create a draft of the resource you requested. If you click “Clear Form” the form will delete everything without saving your work and you can start over.

The Copilot will begin typing a draft of the AI Tool you requested. From here you can ask it to make any changes by either clicking “Edit Prompt” to make changes in the form or simply chatting with the Copilot

Hover over a particular message in your chat feed to see the menu where you can Export the message as a Word or PDF file to your computer, Copy the text to your clipboard, or Share the text as a PDF to your Workspace or Huddles.

If you wish to download, share, or copy the entire conversation about the AI Tool you are working on, go to History.

History

Sibme Copilot will save all of your AI Tools queries and conversations in the History panel. A session is auto-saved once you initiate the first prompt and all of your Chat History in that session will continue to save until you close the Chat panel or navigate to a different Chat conversation or AI module. To return to past conversations, click the

icon at the top of the Copilot Chat. This will open a History panel to the right with all of your past conversations stored in chronological order, most recent first. You can click the three dots to Share the conversation as a PDF to a Huddle or your Workspace, Copy the text, Export it as a PDF or Word File, Rename the conversation in the history pane, or Delete the conversation. Renaming the conversation makes it easier to keep past conversations organized, since all AI Tools of a particular type will have the same name by default.
