Huddle Settings for AI, Frameworks and Comments | Sibme Help Center

The huddle settings that control who can run AI, assign frameworks and see comments, and how to pick the right huddle type.

Written by TJ Hoffman

Each huddle has settings that decide what its members can do. If someone in a huddle can't run an AI Report, choose a framework or see your comments, the huddle's settings are the first place to look.

Who Is This Article For?

This article is for huddle creators and owners, and for these User levels:

  • User (as a huddle owner)

  • Admin

  • Super Admin

  • Account Owner

Pick the Right Huddle Type First

  • Coaching huddle: one coach and one coachee working on growth together.

  • Collaboration huddle: a group such as a PLC, grade-level team or PD group, sharing and discussing.

You can't change a huddle's type after it's created. If you picked the wrong one, create a new huddle of the right type and share the artifacts into it.

Settings to Check

Open the huddle, then go to its settings to find these options:

  • Members can run AI Reports: lets members run AI Reports on recordings in the huddle.

  • Members can assign a framework: lets members choose a framework on artifacts, which they need before they can run framework analysis in Copilot.

  • Share comments: when this is off, comments stay private to the person who wrote them. Turn it on so your coach or coachee can see your comments.

  • Download and duplicate: controls whether members can download or copy artifacts.
