Why Don't I See the Framework Prompt in Copilot? | Sibme Help Center

What to check when the Assess Instructional Practice prompt is missing, shows 0 prompts, or says the framework can't be fetched.

Written by TJ Hoffman

The Assess Instructional Practice Using Attached Framework prompt only appears in Ask Copilot when a framework is attached to the artifact you are analyzing. If you don't see it, or Copilot shows 0 prompts available, work through the checks below in order. Most people are back up and running after the first two.

Who Is This Article For?

This article is for anyone running framework analysis with Copilot, such as T-TESS, CF-TESS, RAISE or a custom walkthrough framework. It applies to these User levels:

  • User

  • Admin

  • Super Admin

  • Account Owner

1. Select the Framework on the Web

Open the recording or resource at app.sibme.com in Chrome, open the Framework panel, and choose your framework. Then open Ask Copilot again. The framework prompt should now appear.

The iPad and phone apps can't select a framework yet. If you record on a mobile device, select the framework on the web before you run the analysis.

2. Search for the Prompt

If the framework is selected but the prompt still isn't listed, type assess using the attached framework into the prompt search box in Ask Copilot and choose it from the results.

3. If Copilot Shows "0 Prompts Available"

Copilot shows the prompts that match the context you have attached. Try the following:

  • Label your artifact type (for example lesson plan, notes, or other) so Copilot offers the matching prompts.

  • Check the context boxes for the recording and any documents you want included.

  • Make sure the recording has finished uploading and has a transcript.

If prompts still show 0, contact our help desk and include the name of the artifact.

4. Check Your Display Scaling

If your computer's display scaling is set above 125%, the prompt buttons can be pushed off the screen. Set display scaling to 100–125%, or zoom your browser out (Ctrl and minus on Windows, Command and minus on Mac), then reload the page.

5. If You See "Failed to Fetch Framework"

  • Clear your browser's cache and local storage, then reload.

  • Remove the framework from the artifact and select it again.

  • If the framework was archived, it won't load. Duplicate the video and select an active framework on the copy.

If the error continues, contact our help desk with the artifact name and the framework name.

6. Working in a Huddle?

In a huddle, the huddle's settings decide whether members can assign a framework and run AI analysis. If the options are missing for you, ask the huddle owner or your admin to check the huddle settings.
