Account Owners and Super Admins use Goal Settings to control how Goals work across the entire Account. From Goal Settings, you can adjust default behaviors for Goals and Action Items, define what Admins and Users are allowed to do, and customize the terminology Sibme displays throughout the Goals module.

How to Access Goal Settings
To get to Goal Settings, follow these steps:
Click your name in the upper-right corner of the screen.
Select Account Settings from the dropdown.
From the Account Settings page, click Goal Settings.
Goal Settings has three tabs: General, Privileges, and Terminology.
General Settings
The General tab controls Account-wide defaults for how Goals and Action Items behave. Note that several of these settings can be overridden at the individual Goal level.
Account Owners and Super Admins can add themselves to individual Goals as View/Edit Collaborators: When enabled, Account Owners and Super Admins can add themselves directly to any Goal as a View/Edit Collaborator, even if they were not part of the original Goal setup.
Include Measurement option in Action Items: When enabled, Goal Creators will see the Measurement field when building Action Items. This setting can be overridden at the individual Goal level.
Goal Owner cannot uncheck Action Items that have been marked Done: When enabled, Goal Owners cannot reverse the Done status on an Action Item once it has been marked Done. This setting can be overridden at the individual Goal level.
Evidence and Review Collaborators can add Evidence before and after the Goal Due Date has passed: When enabled, Evidence and Review Collaborators can continue to add Evidence to Action Items after the Goal's Due Date has passed. This setting can be overridden at the individual Goal level.
Goal Owners can work on Action Items after the Goal Due Date has passed: When enabled, Goal Owners can continue to update and complete Action Items even after the Goal's Due Date. This setting can be overridden at the individual Goal level.
Goal Owner Cannot Submit Forms: When enabled, Goal Owners are prevented from submitting Forms attached to Action Items in their Goal.
Turn Group Goals On: By default, this setting is off. When off, Goal Creators will only see the option to create an Individual Goal when setting up a new Goal. When this setting is turned on, Goal Creators will also see the option to create a Group Goal — a single Goal shared across a Group of Users.
Note: If your Account does not use Group Goals, leaving this setting off simplifies the Goal creation process for Goal Creators.
