The Sibme Analytics Dashboard gives you insight into the actions your team takes while logged into Sibme. You can view data at the aggregated level from the main pages of the Analytics Dashboard. By navigating to the User Summary, you can see more granular data about users, including the specific dates and times for each action they took while logged into Sibme.

Who is this article for?

Based on the default user settings in the Sibme platform, you should have permission to complete this task if you are one of the user levels listed below. If you do not see the screens in this article, you can ask your administrator if you have permission.

  • Admin

  • Super Admin

  • Account Owner

To view disaggregated data on an individual user’s activity in Sibme

1. Navigate to the Analytics Dashboard and click on User Summary
2. Scroll through the table until you have found the user for which you wish to see data
3. The row of data next to the user lists specific actions taken in the sibme platform. 4. The numbers in each column calculate the quantity of each action taken within the timespan specified in the Analytics Dashboard.

5. Click on the number under the specific action column for which you wish to see specific date and time stamps.  

The dis-aggregated data reported in this chart varies for each specific action listed in the User Summary table, depending on the type of action reported. This level of detail lets you audit user’s activity in the platform, while still giving them the privacy to watch and reflect on video in secure spaces to which you might not have access.
