Release Details for Aug. 18, 2025

Here are the important features released in Sibme's Aug. 18, 2025 release.

Web Platform

  • Goals & Forms

    • Assign an Individual Goal to Multiple Goal Owners

      • You can now assign an Individual Goal to more than one Goal Owner. Each Goal Owner receives their own copy of the Goal, making it easier to track progress in Goals Reports. Instead of creating Multi-Individual Goals, simply select multiple Goal Owners and Sibme will generate Individual Goals for each. Goal names will follow the format: “<Goal Owner Name>: <Goal Title>”.

  • A Goal Template Will Automatically Be Created If One Is Not Used

    • When an Individual Goal is given to multiple Goal Owners without a Goal Template (the Goal is created from scratch), Sibme will now automatically generate a Goal Template.

      • Templates will be named in this format:
        “Automatic Template – <Goal Name> by <Goal Creator Name> – <Date & Time>”

      • Example: Automatic Template – Coaches Log 2025-26 by John Smith – 2025-07-05 15:33:28.

    • This ensures consistency and keeps related Goals grouped together. Goals from the new Goal Template will also be able to be reported on in Goals Reports.

  • Assign Goal Creator Roles

    • Goal Creators now have more flexibility when assigning roles to themselves. By default, Goal Creators always have View and Edit access. They may choose to become a Goal Owner (with Edit rights) or assign themselves as Evidence/Reviewer Collaborators, but not both.

  • Add a Personal Use Form to an Action Item as Evidence

    • You can now add a Personal Use Form directly to an Action Item as Evidence. In the Evidence options, “Form” has been relabeled “Completed Form”, and a new option “New Form” has been added. “New Form” allows users to select a Form Template, fill it out, and attach it as Evidence. Multiple New Forms can be added to the same Action Item, and all must be submitted before the Action Item can be marked Done.

  • Ability to Share Form Templates to Child Accounts

    • Form Templates can now be shared to Child Accounts, just like Frameworks. Sharing a Form makes it available in all Child Accounts. Any changes in the Parent Account (Edit, Delete, Unpublish) are reflected in the Child Accounts. Data from Child Accounts is shared back with the Parent Account.

  • Deleting Users

    • AO/SAs Now Have the Choice of How Deleted User’s Data Is Handled

      • When deleting Users from the People page, Account Owners (AOs) and Super Admins (SAs) now have the ability to decide what happens to the deleted User’s Artifacts and Workspace data. You will see two options on the Delete Users page:

        • Delete Data – Permanently deletes the User and all their data from the Account. This option is selected by default. Once deleted, the Artifacts cannot be recovered.

        • Transfer Data – Transfers the deleted User’s Artifacts and Workspace data to an AO or SA of your choice. Previously, data could only be transferred to the AO. Now, AOs and SAs can choose to transfer ownership to themselves or another Super Admin.

This update gives administrators greater flexibility in handling deleted User data while keeping the process consistent with other platforms.

  • Transfer Data Workflow

    • If you choose Transfer Data, you can assign the deleted User’s Workspace data and Artifacts to another AO or SA. Use the search bar to find and select the recipient. The person initiating the deletion is listed first for quick selection. Once confirmed, all data will appear in the new owner’s Workspace under a folder titled:

      • “<Deleted User First Name> <Last Name> – Deleted on <Date>”
Example: John Smith – Deleted on 2025-07-30

    • A confirmation modal will appear, requiring you to type TRANSFER before completing the process.

Mobile

  • Goals & Forms

    • View a Personal Use Form in an Action Item Added as Evidence

      • Now that Goal Owners and Evidence Collaborators can add Forms as Evidence to an Action Item, mobile Users will be able to view Forms that were attached to Action Items as Evidence.
