Release Details for Sept. 18, 2025
Here are the important features released in Sibme's Sept. 18, 2025 release.
Web Platform
New User Invitation Process
When a User is invited to join Sibme, they will now receive a daily reminder to login and create a password. After the 3rd day, the invitation will expire and they will need to be reinvited. The daily reminders will help Users remember to create a password and get started with Sibme.
Overview of Changes to the Groups Page
The Groups page has been redesigned to make it easier for Account Owners and Super Admins to manage Groups. Instead of a simple list, Groups now display in a sortable, filterable table with more details at a glance. Users can also quickly add Groups directly to Huddles and the Group Member list now matches the People page for consistency. More information on Groups can be found in our Groups Help Article.
Groups View & Adding Groups to Things
The Groups tab now includes a streamlined process for creating and managing Groups. From one place, you can now create Groups, add members, and see location details. The new “Add To” options make it simple to add Groups directly into Huddles without extra steps.
Member View & Members Activities
Clicking on the members button on the Group page now opens a new Member View that shows all members in a consistent table format. You can search within a Group, bulk-remove members, or add new ones with clear confirmation steps. This makes it much easier to manage Group membership at scale.
Locations
You can now see exactly where a Group is being used across Huddles, Goals, and Forms. The new Locations page provides a simple table view of every place a Group has been added, helping you track impact and prevent duplication.
People Page Improvements
Searching the List
A new search bar makes it easy to find a User within your current list view. Whether your list is filtered or not, you can now type a name or email address to instantly locate Users. Results are highlighted, and clear messaging helps guide next steps if no results are found. Bulk Actions can also be done on Users found while searching.
Activate as a Bulk Action
Previously, bulk actions only included deactivation or deletion. Now, Account Owners and Super Admins can bulk activate Users who were previously deactivated. This gives teams more flexibility to quickly restore access for multiple Users at once.
