Clear your browser's cache

Often, issues with Sibme on the web can be resolved by clearing the cache on your browser. Here are instructions on how to clear your browser cache on the most common browsers

Chrome

  1. Open Chrome: on your computer.

  2. Click the three-dots icon in the top-right corner of the browser window.

  3. Hover over "More tools," then click "Clear browsing data".

  4. In the pop-up window, select the desired time range from the dropdown menu. For the most complete clear, choose "All time".

  5. Make sure the box next to "Cached images and files" is checked. You can also check other boxes like "Cookies and other site data" if you want to clear those as well.

  6. Click the "Clear data" button.

Safari

  1. Click on the Safari menu in the top-left corner and select Settings (or Preferences).

  2. Click the Privacy tab.

  3. Click Manage Website Data.

  4. Click Remove All and then Remove Now in the pop-up window to clear all cached data and cookies.

  5. Click Done and close the Settings/Preferences window.

Firefox

  1. Click the menu button (three horizontal lines) in the top-right corner of the browser window.

  2. Click History, then select Clear Recent History….

  3. In the "Time range to clear" dropdown menu, choose a time range, such as Everything.

  4. Check the box next to Cache (or "Cached Web Content") and uncheck any other items you wish to keep.

  5. Click Clear Now.
