When you record with the Sibme mobile app, the recording is saved on your device first and then uploads to Sibme. Until it uploads, it waits in the app's Offline tab and won't appear in your Workspace on the web. If a recording has been sitting there for a long time, these steps usually get it moving.

Before You Start: Don't Delete the App
Recordings in the Offline tab exist only on your device. If you delete the Sibme app before they upload, they're gone for good.
Get a Stuck Upload Moving
Connect to strong Wi-Fi. Large videos can stall on weak or cellular connections.
Update the app. If the App Store or Google Play shows a Sibme update, install it. Some fixes require the latest version.
Open the Offline tab and tap upload on the recording.
Still stuck? Cancel and retry. Cancel all uploads in the Offline tab, then restart your device. Reopen the app and upload the recordings again, one at a time. One stuck recording can hold up everything behind it in the queue.
Keep the app open on the screen until the upload finishes, and keep the device plugged in for long recordings.
Synced Notes Says "Live Recording"
If your Synced Notes still show live recording on the web, the video hasn't finished uploading from the device. Once it uploads, your notes and the recording line up automatically.
If Nothing Works
Contact our help desk. Tell us your device model, the app version, and the recording's name and length. Leave the recording in the Offline tab until we reply.
