At any point prior to submitting your ePortfolio to Pearson, you can cancel the ePortfolio and restart the submission by clicking the Cancel button.

Once you have completed the ePortfolio transfer to Pearson, your status on the Sibme edTPA dashboard will change to "Success." You will have a limited time where you are still able to click the Cancel button to cancel your submission and begin again.

If you no longer see the Cancel button next to your ePortfolio in Sibme, you will need to contact [email protected] to cancel your submission.

Once you have submitted your ePortfolio on the Pearson platform, Sibme is no longer able to cancel your submission. You will need to contact Pearson at this point. 

Resubmitting a Portfolio

If you are required to re-submit your portfolio by Pearson, you must first get a new authorization key from Pearson for your new portfolio. Once you have a new authorization key, return to Sibme, click "Cancel" (see screenshot above), and update your ePortfolio as needed. On the final step, click "Verify Key" to enter a new authorization key and then complete your transfer as you did the first time.
