Each video uploaded to Coaching Huddles on your Coaching tracker will be color-coded to help you identify videos that have or have not received feedback and observations that have been published for coachees. Description of each Color

Feedback: When a video is uploaded to a Coaching Huddle, a box will appear next to the Coachee Name for that Coaching Huddle on the Coaching Tracker. If the coach has not made any time-stamped comments on this video, the box will remain white until a coach in that Huddle either provides feedback or the “Tracker Feedback Duration” time span has passed. The length of time for the “Tracker Feedback Duration” time span is set by the Account Owner in Account Settings.

No Feedback: Once the “Tracker Feedback Duration” time span has lapsed, all boxes associated with videos in Coaching Huddles will change to pink if a Coach has not provided time-stamped comments on the video associated with that box. The length of time for the “Tracker Feedback Duration” time-span is set by the Account Owner in Account Settings.

Late Feedback: Once the “Tracker Feedback Duration” time span has lapsed, and the coach adds time-stamped comments, it will be considered late feedback, and the box will change to yellow. The length of time for the “Tracker Feedback Duration” time-span is set by the Account Owner in Account Settings.

On-Time Feedback: All boxes associated with videos in Coaching Huddles will change to light-green if a Coach provides time-stamped comments on the video associated with that box before the “Tracker Feedback Duration” time-span has lapsed. The length of time for the “Tracker Feedback Duration” time-span is set by the Account Owner in Account Settings.

Coachee Comments: When a Coachee in a Coaching Huddle has replied to their Coaches comments or added their own time-stamped comments on a video in the Coaching Huddle, half of the box associated with that video will turn light-blue.

Published Observations: When a Coach in a Coaching Huddle performs a Scripted or a Synced Observation in a Coaching Huddle and publishes the observation for their Coachee, a box will appear next to the Coachee’s name in the Coaching Huddle. The box will be shaded dark green when the observation notes have been published for the Coachee in a Scripted Observation.

Unpublished Observations: When a Coach in a Coaching Huddle performs a Scripted or Synced Observation in a Coaching Huddle a box will appear next to the Coachee’s name in the Coaching Huddle. The box will be shaded dark red when the observation notes have been published for the Coachee in a Scripted Observation.

On-time Submission: If an Assessed Participant submits a video to an Assessment Huddle, a box will appear next to their name in the Assessment Tracker under the name of the Assessor for that Assessment Huddle. If the Assessed Participant submits the video before the Submission Deadline, the box will be shaded dark green. The Submission Deadline is set by the Assessment Huddle creator, and can be edited by any Assessor in the Assessment Huddle.

Late Submission: If an Assessed Participant submits a video to an Assessment Huddle, a box will appear next to their name in the Assessment Tracker under the name of the Assessor for that Assessment Huddle. If the Assessed Participant submits the video after the Submission Deadline, the box will be shaded pink. The Submission Deadline is set by the Assessment Huddle creator, and can be edited by any Assessor in the Assessment Huddle.

Scored On-time: Each box next to an Assessed Participant’s name in the Assessment Tracker represents a video submitted into an Assessment Huddle they are participating in. If the Assessor scores the submission before the “Tracker Feedback Duration” time span has lapsed, the box will turn light green for that video.

Scored late: Each box next to an Assessed Participant’s name in the Assessment Tracker represents a video submitted into an Assessment Huddle for that participant. If the Assessor scores the submission after the “Tracker Feedback Duration” time span has lapsed, the box will turn yellow for that video.

The colors in the Assessment and Coaching Trackers are designed to help Coaches and Assessors keep track of their work in one place and provide timely feedback on videos submitted to them.
