Each video uploaded to Coaching Huddles will be color-coded on your Coaching tracker to help you identify videos that have or have not received feedback and observations that have been published for coachees. This article explains the colors for each video uploaded and the parameters for each condition.

Description of each Color

Feedback: When a video is uploaded to a Coaching Huddle, a box will appear next to the Coachee Name for that Coaching Huddle on the Coaching Tracker. If the coach has not made any time-stamped comments on this video, the box will remain white until a coach in that Huddle either provides feedback or the “Tracker Feedback Duration” time span has passed. The length of time for the “Tracker Feedback Duration” time span is set by the Account Owner in Account Settings.

If the coach has made comments on the video before the feedback duration has lapsed, the bar at the top of the icon will be green (on-time feedback).

If the coach has made comments on the video, but the first comment was made after the feedback duration has lapsed, the bar at the top of the icon will be yellow (late feedback).

If the coach has not made comments on the video, the bar at the top of the icon will be red (no feedback).
