Coaching Tracker
When a video is posted to a Coaching Huddle, an icon, with the submission date, will appear next to the Coachee Name for that Coaching Huddle in the Coaching Tracker.
This box indicates:
The date the video was shared in the huddle
The number of comments made by the coach on the video
The number of comments made by the coachee on the video
The number of artifacts attached to the video
If the coach has made comments on the video before the feedback duration has lapsed, the bar at the top of the icon will be green (on-time feedback).
If the coach has made comments on the video, but the first comment was made after the feedback duration has lapsed, the bar at the top of the icon will be yellow (late feedback).
If the coach has not made comments on the video, the bar at the top of the icon will be red (no feedback).
The icons in the Coaching Tracker are designed to help Coaches keep track of their work in one place and provide timely feedback on videos submitted to them.
Admins and users who have been granted access to see Trackers are able to see data in the Coaching and Assessment Tracker connected to Huddles in which they are a Coach.
Super Admins and Account Owners are able to see data in the Coaching Tracker connected to all Coaching Huddles in their account.
