The User Summary page in the Analytics Dashboard reports detailed data on the actions your team takes while logged into Sibme. The list below describes the calculation rules for each of the columns in the table.

Who is this article for?

Based on the default user settings in the Sibme platform, you should have permission to complete this task if you are one of the user levels listed below. If you do not see the screens in this article, you can ask your administrator if you have permission.

User Summary Table Calculations

  • Videos Uploaded to Workspace: The total number of videos a user records directly into their private Workspace using the Sibme mobile app or the laptop uploader, or uploads directly into their Workspace from an external source (computer, Google Drive, Dropbox, Box, or OneDrive).

  • Videos Uploaded to Huddles: The total number of videos a user records directly into a Huddle using the Sibme mobile app or the laptop uploader, or uploads directly into the huddle from an external source (computer, Google Drive, Dropbox, Box, or OneDrive).

  • Videos Shared to Huddles: The total number of videos a user has copied from any space in Sibme (Workspace or another Huddle) to a Huddle.

  • Videos Shared to Library: The total number of videos a user has copied from any space in Sibme (Workspace or Huddle) to the account Video Library.

  • Videos Uploaded to Library: The total number of videos a user has uploaded directly to the account Video Library.

  • Huddle Video Views: The total number of times a user clicks play on a video in any Huddle.

  • Videos Viewed in Workspace: The total number of times a user clicks play on a video in their private Workspace.

  • Library Videos Viewed: The total number of times a user clicks play on a video in the Video Library.

  • Hours Uploaded: The aggregate number of hours the user has uploaded video in any space (Workspace, Huddle, or Video Library) in Sibme. If a user uploads a Video to one space and then copies the video to another space, the time for that video will only count once. For example, a 10-minute video uploaded to Workspace and then copied to a Huddle will only count for 10 minutes.

  • Hours Viewed: The aggregate number of hours the user has watched video in any space (Workspace, Huddles, or Video Library) in Sibme. This number is calculated once a user has watched a video for at least 10 seconds.

  • Huddles Created: The total number of Huddles the user has created.

  • Workspace Video Notes: The total number of comments a user makes on their own videos in their Private Workspace.

  • Huddle Video Comments: The total number of times a user has attached a time-stamped comment of any kind (including all-video comments, time-stamped text comments, framework tags, custom video marker tags, voice comments, and time-stamped attachments).

  • Huddle Video Replies: The total number of times a user has replied to a comment made by anyone in a huddle where they are a participant. This includes instances when the user replies to their own comments in a Huddle video.

  • Resources Uploaded: The total number of documents or resources the user has uploaded to any space (Workspace, Huddle Videos, or Huddle Discussions) in Sibme.

  • Resources Viewed: The total number of documents or resources the user has viewed in any space (Workspace, Huddle Videos, or Huddle Discussions) in Sibme.

  • Scripted Video Observations: The total number of Synced Observations that the user has performed in a Coaching Huddle.

  • Scripted Observations: The total number of scripted observations the user has performed in a Coaching Huddle. Scripted Observations are observation notes that do not contain a video.

  • Total Logins: The total number of times the user has logged in from any device.
