Based on the default user settings in the Sibme platform, you should have permission to complete this task if you are one of the user levels listed below. If you do not see the screens in this article, you can ask your administrator if you have permission.

What does autoscroll do?
Autoscroll will automatically scroll comments to the top of the comment feed as the time in which they were stamped plays in the video viewer. This makes the relevant comments aligned with and relevant to what you are seeing as you watch the video.
How do I turn auto-scroll on and off?
To switch autoscroll on and off you must have the comments tab open in the video viewer. From the comments tab, click the sorting icon next to the search bar and select autoscroll which is right below Other Settings in the menu.
