When Assessed Participants upload videos and resources to an Assessment Huddle, only the submitting participant and Assessors will be able to view the videos and resources. While an Assessor in an Assessment Huddle can view all videos and resources in the Huddle, Assessed Participants will not be able to view other assessed participant’s videos or resources.

The Assessor will have already determined the number of videos and/or resources required for submission.  The number of each is indicated on the right side of the screen under the submission deadline. In the example below, there are three videos and three resources required.

To upload a video to the assessment huddle, click on the green “+” button at the bottom of the video tile.  A popup window will appear allowing you to choose a video from your workspace for submission.  Locate the video and click the “Add Video” button.  Then click the green “Done” button to return to the assessment huddle screen.

To upload a resource to the assessment huddle, click on the green “+” button at the bottom of the resource tile.  A popup window will appear allowing you to upload a resource for submission.  Locate the resource and click the “Add Resource” button.  Then click the “Upload” button to return to the assessment huddle screen.
