This user type can create Collaboration Huddles in an account and cannot create Coaching and Assessment Huddles and its Account Role is User or Viewer

That User will have User Type as Collaborator.

If a user can create Coaching Huddles in an account and cannot create Assessment Huddles and its Account Role is User or Viewer

That User will have User Type as Coach.

If a user can create Assessment Huddles in an account and cannot create Coaching Huddles and its Account Role is User or Viewer

That User will have User Type as Assessor.

If a user can create Assessment Huddles in an account and can also create Coaching Huddles and its Account Role is User or Viewer

That User will have User Type as Coach/Assessor.

If a user cannot create Collaboration , Coaching and Assessment Huddles in an account and its Account Role is User or Viewer

That User will have User Type as Participants.

If a user cannot create Collaboration , Coaching and Assessment Huddles in an account but is participating in Coaching Huddles and its Account Role is User or Viewer

That User will have User Type as Coachee.

If a user cannot create Collaboration , Coaching and Assessment Huddles in an account but is participating in Assessment Huddles and its Account Role is User or Viewer

That User will have User Type as Coachee/Assessed Participant.

If Assessments Huddles are activated in Account and User Account Role in Account is Account Owner or Super Admin that User will have User Type as Coach/Assessor.

If Assessments Huddles are not activated in Account and User Account Role in Account is Account Owner or Super Admin that User will have User Type as Coach.
