Steps to accomplish the task:

How to Share:

There are two ways to share a resource to a Huddle or Workspace.

1. Inside the document or resource page view, click the three-dot icon (···) located at the upper right corner of the page and click "Share".

Select the desired location where you want to share or copy the resource. If you want to copy the resource with comments, you will want to select the “Share comments, tags, and attachments” box before selecting the green “Share” button.

2. On the Artifacts page, find the document you want to share. Click the share icon and a pop-up will appear.

Select the desired location where you want to share or copy the resource. If you want to copy the resource with comments, you will want to select the “Share comments, tags, and attachments” box before selecting the green “Share” button.

It will then notify, via email and Recent Activity on the Landing Page, anyone who is part of the Huddle where you shared the resource.

The resource with all of the comments and annotations (if selected) will then appear in the desired location.
