For Sibme’s Blur feature and AI Reports to work correctly, a User must submit a video and audio sample recording for processing. These recordings will help identify the User visually and by voice when a video is blurred or analyzed.

Steps to accomplish the task:
To begin the process, go to your User Settings and click on the Biometrics tab.
In the Biometrics tab, click the green “Get Started” button to begin the process.
After clicking “Get Started”, you will see detailed instructions on what you will be asked to do. You will be given a sample video and audio sample so you can see and hear specifically what you should do. After reading the instructions and watching/listening to the samples, click the green “Record Video” button to record their video.
Place your face in the middle of the four white guidelines and click the green start recording button. Move your face as directed in the instructions, to the right, to the left, up, and then down, holding for 3 to 5 seconds at each spot. Click the red stop button when you are finished. Please note, the video should be approximately 30 seconds long. You can review the video by playing it and can rerecord the video if necessary by clicking the green record button. When you are ready to move on, click the green “Record Audio” button to proceed.
After recording their video, the User will record their voice.
To begin, click the green start recording button and then proceed to slowly and clearly read the provided text 2 times.
Again, the audio length should be approximately 30 seconds long. Stop the audio recording by clicking the red stop button. You can review the audio recording by playing it and can rerecord the video if necessary by clicking the green record button. When you are ready to move on, click the green “Submit Recordings” button to submit your recordings for processing.
Once the recordings have been submitted, you will see a status screen and will be notified by email whether your recordings were successfully processed or not. If biometrics were not successfully processed, you will be given the chance to try again. If the recordings are successfully processed, you can view their samples anytime by going to the Biometrics tab.
Please note: if you are a member of multiple Sibme accounts, you only need to record biometrics once. The biometric data will apply to all your accounts.
Successfully recording an audio and video sample will allow Sibme Blur and AI Reporting to work properly and be able to identify the User in their videos.
