AI analysis of Video and Audio files in Sibme is dependent upon your role in the Huddle or Workspace where the Video or Audio file is stored. Permissions for each space are detailed below:

Workspace: If you run AI Reports on a Video stored in your private and secure Workspace, only you will be able to see the AI Reports of that Artifact until you share the Artifact and/or the AI Reports to one of your shared Huddles.

Once the AI Reports has been run in a Huddle, it will be viewable by any Huddle Participant.

Permissions for running AI Reports in Huddles

Collaboration Huddles: By default, Collaboration Huddle Owners and Creator can run/view AI Report on all videos and audio files in the Huddle. Huddle Members are able to run/view AI Reports on their own videos in Collaboration Huddles. Viewers cannot run AI Report on any videos. To disable Members from running AI Report on their own video and audio files, disable the setting in ‘More Huddle Settings.’

Coaching Huddles: By default, Coaches can run/view AI Report on all videos and audio files in the Huddle. Coachees are able to run/view AI Report on their own videos in Coaching Huddles. To disable Coachees from running AI reports on their own videos, disable the setting in ‘More Huddle Settings.’

NOTE: Coaches and Huddle Owner/Creators also have permission to create custom report configurations in Huddles. Coachees and Members can only use the custom report configurations that have been created in their Huddle.
