If you would like to remove certain AI Reports from view in your video and audio files, or if you would like to reorder the reports, either for viewing or exporting reports in the AI Reports tab, you can do so by clicking the gear icon next to the reports dropdown. This is great if you would like to only share one or two reports when sharing your Artifact or if you would like to highlight certain reports first.

Who is this article for?

Based on the default User settings in the Sibme platform, you should have permission to complete this task if you are one of the user levels listed below. If you do not see the screens in this article, you can ask your Sibme Account administrator if you have permission.

  • Users

  • Admin

  • Super Admin

  • Account Owner

NOTE: Only Huddle Owner/Creators and Coaches can create custom AI Report Configurations in a Huddle. However, Coachees and Members have permission to use a Report Configuration that has been created in their Huddles. The available reports in Customize AI Reports are based on the reports that have been selected for display in Account Settings for each account.

Steps to complete this task

  1. After running AI Reports on your Video, click on the AI Reports tab and click on the gear Icon next to the drop-down list of reports.

  2. In the module, type a title into the “Add New Report” textbox and click the blue Add button.

  3. Click the checkboxes next to the reports you wish to include in your AI Report Configuration.

  4. To reorder the reports, click and hold the three lines next to each report title in the list to drag it up and down in the list.

  5. To save your report, click Done.

If you would like to return to the default Report Configuration, or select a different configuration, click on the gear Icon in the AI Report tab and select the report you wish to view from the list on the left side of the pop-up, then click done.
