Depending on your permissions, you can make changes to the analysis of AI Report on your video and audio files. Changing the data in an AI Report will make a copy of the original report and clearly indicate that the report has been edited by you. This gives Users with permission the ability to correct areas where the AI model might have misinterpreted the situation. Sibme wants to be as transparent as possible, so the data from the AI models will be shown and will be able to be updated.

Who is this article for?

Based on the default user settings in the Sibme platform, you should have permission to complete this task if you are one of the user levels listed below. If you do not see the screens in this article, you can ask your Sibme account administrator if you have permission.

  • Users

  • Admin

  • Super Admin

  • Account Owner

The User who uploaded a video or audio file to Sibme has the rights to edit each AI Report in their Artifact. In Collaboration Huddles, Huddle Owners and Creators also have the rights to edit any other participant’s video or audio files’ AI Report. In Coaching Huddles, Coaches also have the rights to edit any other participant’s video or audio files’ AI Report.

NOTE: Exported reports will not include edited reports. Only AI-generated reports can be exported from Sibme.

Steps to complete this task

  1. To edit the data in one of your reports, click the data in the chart you wish to make changes to. This will open the details related to that data under the chart.

  2. Hover over the row in the detailed data you wish to edit. This will display pencil icons next to the data you can change for that report. Click the pencil to make changes.

  3. Once you’ve made the changes you wish to make, click the green checkmark to confirm your changes

4. Once you have made changes, a yellow bar will display at the top of the chart indicating that the AI Report has been edited. Click “See Original Video” to see the AI-Generated version of the chart.
