Related fields allow users to submit different types of data that are somehow connected to one another in the form. For example, you might create Related fields for “Date” and “Time” to document a certain event. Related fields will display as linked data in reporting.

  2. Select how many Related Fields you wish to link in this Module (you can select up to three). This will display gray boxes for you to drop other form modules into inside the Related Fields Module.

  1. Click and drag the modules you wish to have users complete into the “Form Option” grey boxes and configure each module.

  2. The Maximum Related Field Submissions option allows you to choose how many times a user can complete the data listed in your related fields when submitting their form.

The Show All Field Rows at Once option allows you to display the maximum number of submissions all at once (when enabled) or allow the user to add up to the maximum number of submissions one at a time
