This module allows you to choose data that is already entered in Sibme User Settings for the user submitting the form.

Who is this article for?

Based on the default user settings in the Sibme platform, you should have permission to complete this task if you are one of the user levels listed below. If you do not see the screens in this article, you can ask your Sibme account administrator if you have permission.

  • Users

  • Admin

  • Super Admin

  • Account Owner

Steps to complete this task

  1. Click and drag the User Field Module from the list of options into the Form Template.

  2. You will see a drop down box with the different User Fields And Custom Fields available in your account. Select one of the existing fields from the drop down list. When the form is submitted in your account, the data from the user who submitted the form will auto populate in this form from the User Settings of that User.

  3. If you wish to create a new Custom Field to be used as a User Field in your form, click the New User Field button. This will open a popup where you can title your new User Field and choose the type of data the User Field will accept.

NOTE: User Fields will auto populate with the data already in a User’s User Settings when the form is Submitted. If the User has not completed the field in their User Settings, the data will not populate in the form when it is submitted. Also, any changes in a User’s User Settings after the Form is Submitted will not be reflected in the form submission.
