You have two options when adding Files to a Form Template. You will use the File Picker Module for both options.

  1. You can choose a file that will be available for users to view when they are completing and submitting their form.

  2. You can choose to have users attach a file to the form when submitting.

In both cases, you will be able to choose any file type that Sibme permits. You will be able to select files from your Workspace, Huddles, or upload a file from your device or cloud storage application.

Steps to complete this task

  1. Click and drag the File Picker module from the options on the left to the Form Template to begin configuring.

  2. To add a file to the Form Template, type the label you wish to be visible above your file into the text box and then click the + Add File button to open the File Picker popup and select or upload your file. Be sure to Label your file in the "Field Picker Label" textbox.

  3. To have a user attach their own file to a Form Submission, toggle the “Form Assignee Picks the File” button and give a label explaining what you want submitted. A preview of your label will display at the top of the module.

NOTE: When files are attached to a Form, only users with permissions to view the form and form submission will be able to view the file attached to the form, regardless of where the form is used. For more on who can see forms and form submissions, click here.
