If you wish to break up the content in your form into pages, you can use the Sections Option. Sections allow you to see your whole form while you’re building your Template, but then break up the form into Pages when users are completing and submitting the form.

Who is this article for?

Based on the default user settings in the Sibme platform, you should have permission to complete this task if you are one of the user levels listed below. If you do not see the screens in this article, you can ask your administrator if you have permission.

  • Users

  • Admin

  • Super Admin

  • Account Owner

Steps to complete this task

  1. Click and drag the Add Sections module from the options on the left to the Form Template to create a new section.

  2. Everything above where you dragged the Sections Module will automatically be grouped into a Section. You will see a new box with “Section # of #” below where you can start adding new Form Modules into your new section.

  3. To create an additional Section, simply drag and drop Modules into the “New Section” option at the bottom of the screen. If you do not wish to create a new section, leave the “New Section” box blank and it will automatically delete from your final Form Template.

  4. Once you have created Sections in your Form, you will be able to move, collapse, duplicate and delete Modules within the Section AND the entire Section. Note, if you delete an entire Section, all the Modules inside that Section will also be deleted from your form.
