Locations in the Form section of Account Settings allow Account Owners and Super Admins a centralized location to view all forms in a single place.

Who is this article for?

Based on the default user settings in the Sibme platform, you should have permission to complete this task if you are one of the user levels listed below. If you do not see the screens in this article, you can ask your administrator if you have permission.

Steps to complete this task

  1. To view where your form has been Assigned, Used, and Submitted throughout your Sibme account, click the Location Box in the row for the form you wish to view.

  2. This will generate a list of Huddles and Goals where your Form has been Assigned, Used, and Submitted. In the Submissions Column, the first number indicates the number of completed Submissions and the second number indicates the number of times a form has been Assigned.

  3. Click on the > to view individual submissions. This will generate a list of all the users in your account who are Using or have been Assigned the form. Once they have Submitted, all data from the form will be visible in table view, or you can click each row to see the individual submission.

  4. Click the Individual tab to see all individual submissions in page view. Use the Previous and Next buttons to navigate between individual submissions of the form.

  5. From the List view, you can also click the to email a reminder to that user to complete and submit their form. You can also click the three dots in the upper right corner of the screen to send email reminders to all users who have not submitted the form.

  6. You can export all submissions of a Form to Excel or CSV by clicking the three dots in the upper right corner of the screen.

  7. If you wish to Email a submitted form, or download a PDF of the form, click the three dots on the right side of a row for an individual form in List View.
