If you'd like to help someone find an artifact you've shared in Sibme, you can copy a link to the artifact and share it in an email or any other message. You can also copy a link to a folder of artifacts to share them all at once.
NOTE: Artifacts in Sibme are always private and secure to the space they are shared. This means that a copied link will still only grant artifact access to a person who already has access to the space where the artifact is shared. Users must have access to the Huddle where the link is copied from in order to see the file.
Who is this article for?
Based on the default user settings in the Sibme platform, you should have permission to complete this task if you are one of the user levels listed below. If you do not see the screens in this article, you can ask your Sibme account administrator if you have permission.
Viewers (will be able to view URL links shared with them if they are a Viewer in the Huddle where the artifact link was copied from)
Steps to accomplish the task:
To copy a link to an artifact or folder in Sibme, click on the ... menu and select "Copy URL" or click the link icon in the upper right corner of the thumbnail.
This will automatically copy the URL link to your device's clipboard. You can then share the link by pasting it into any document, email, or message you wish to share.
