Here are the important features released in Sibme's Nov. 27, 2023 release.
Web Platform
Duplicating Forms
A submitted Form can be duplicated including the data that was already entered into the Form. That way, a User can duplicate the Form, leave some fields alone, and then change the data in other fields. This is great for Forms that have to be filled out in intervals. For example, keep the top biographical information the same and then change the log or meeting data.
Copy the URL to an Artifact
Now a User can quickly the URL to an Artifact directly from the Artifact tile. On rollover of an Artifact tile, a new copy icon appears in the top right hand corner. Clicking on this icon will copy the URL directly to this Artifact just as if you had highlighted and copied the URL from the browser location bar. Please note access rights are still implemented and just those Users who have access to the Artifact will be able to use the copied URL to get to the Artifact.
Mobile
iPad/Tablet Landscape Mode
An iPad or Android tablet can be used in landscape mode. This makes it easy to watch a Video and comment on it, work on a Goal, or markup a Resource. This has been one of our most requested fixes. Enjoy!
