Accessing Goals Reports

To access the Goals Reports, click the Reports tab on the Goals Page

From here, you can use filters to segment out the Goals you want to see in your report. For more on filters, click here.

Once you have filtered the report, a list of Goals will display on the page, with aggregate data for the displayed Goals on at the top of the screen.

Individual Goals will display as a row with the owner's Avatar by itself:

Multi-Individual Goals and Group Goals will display as a row with multiple Avatars.

To view more details for a Goal, click on the row.

Viewing Data for Individual Goals

Once you click on a row in your report, a pop-out screen will display with details about the goal. From here, you can see an overview of the Goal. To view the details of the goal, click each of the tabs in the popup.

  • Action Items: Shows progress on each action item in the Goal

  • Artifacts: Displays the names of all Artifacts attached to the Action Items in the Goal.

  • Frameworks: Displays framework data associated with the Goal, when a Framework has been selected in the Filter for the report.

  • Forms: Displays form assignments and submissions associated with Action Items in the form.

Depending on your permissions, you can click on any of the elements in this popup to be taken to that particular element in the Goal itself. If you cannot click on an element, it is because you are not an Owner or Collaborator with appropriate rights on that Goal.

Viewing Data for Multi-Individual Goals

When you click on a Multi-Individual Goal, the same popup will display as for a single Individual Goal, but you will see rows for each Goal Owner in each of the tabs.

Review Multiple Goals Together

If you would like to review data for multiple goals, you can select the goals you want to review by clicking the Checkboxes next to each goal, then select "Review Together" in the ... menu on the right side of the main screen of the report:

This will display the same popup, but with buttons to toggle between the next and previous goal in your selected list:

Exporting Reports

To Export data for a goal, click the ... menu in the details pop out and choose the format you wish to export your data into:

Frameworks

If you wish to view Framework and Performance Level Data related to your goals, select the framework you wish to view in the Filter icon. This will display Framework Data in all of the Goals Detail Pop outs in your report. You can also view aggregate Framework and Performance Level data for all of the Goals in your Report by clicking on the "Tagged Standards" and "Untagged Standards" tabs at the top of the screen.
