Accessing Forms Reports

To access the Forms Reports, click the Reports tab on the Goals Page

From here, you can use filters to segment out the Forms you want to see in your report. For more on filters, click here.

Once you have filtered the report, a list of Forms will display on the page, with aggregate data for the displayed Forms on at the top of the screen.

Forms Assigned to a Single Assignee will display as a row with the owner's Avatar by itself:

Forms Assigned to Multiple Assignees will display as a row with multiple Avatars.

To view more details for a Form, click on the row.

Viewing Data for Single-Assignee Forms

Once you click on a row in your report, a pop-out screen will display with details about the form. From here, you can see an overview of the Form. To view the details of the Form, click each of the tabs in the popup. To view form responses for submitted forms, click Responses.

Depending on your permissions, you can click on any of the elements in this popup to be taken to that particular element in the form itself. If you cannot click on an element, it is because you are not an Assigner or Assignee with appropriate permissions for that Form.

Viewing Data for Multi-Assignee Forms

When you click on a Form with multiple Assignees , the same popup will display as for a single Assignee, but you will see rows for each Assignee in each of the tabs.

Review Multiple Forms Together

If you would like to review data for multiple forms, you can select the forms you want to review by clicking the Checkboxes next to each form, then select "Review Together" in the ... menu on the right side of the main screen of the report:

This will display the same popup, but with buttons to toggle between the next and previous goal in your selected list.

Exporting Reports

To Export data for a form, click the ... menu in the details pop out and choose the format you wish to export your data into:

Frameworks

If you wish to view Framework and Performance Level Data related to your forms, select the framework you wish to view in the Filter icon. This will display Framework Data in all of the Forms Detail Pop outs in your report. You can also view aggregate Framework and Performance Level data for all of the Forms in your Report by clicking on the "Tagged Standards" and "Untagged Standards" tabs at the top of the screen.
