Here are the important features released in Sibme's June 10, 2024 release.

  • Goals Reports

    • Customers have been asking for a way to analyze Goals data by Goal, User, Custom Fields, etc. Goals Reports is the answer to that request. Now in Goals there is a Reports tab that will allows Goals data to be filtered by the following fields:

      • Goal Title

      • Users

      • Groups

      • Frameworks

      • Goal Role

      • Goal Categories

      • Goal Type

      • Goal Location

      • Goal Status

      • Custom Fields

      • Date Range

    • Once a User has set the filter up the way they want, they will then be able to compare different aspects on the returned set of Goals. The aspects that can be compared are:

      • Action Items

      • Artifacts

      • Frameworks

In addition to making Forms more visible to Users, the new tab brings functionality of Forms inline with Goals. Now, you can find your Form Templates easier, archive Form Templates, see where Form Templates were used, and much much more. Users can also use the new Filter Bar to filter Forms and Form Templates (see more in the next section on Forms Reports). Take a look:
