AI
AI Reports Optimizations
The algorithms and models that are used in our AI Reports are continually being worked on. In this release, improvements were made in measuring silence, extracting and classifying a question, and the identification of praise.
Improvements were made on how AI responds to questions about the Sibme platform. Now Sibme Copilot will direct a User to specific Sibme Help Pages when a question is asked about how Sibme works.
The Wait Time 1 calculation was improved and better aligned with the true definition of Wait Time 1 as defined by Walsh and Sattes. Now, Wait Time 1 is calculated as the time after a teacher asks a question and before they call on a particular student to answer.
