When you run AI Reports on a Video or Audio recording, Sibme gives you the ability to choose who the teacher is before the analysis begins. Rather than relying solely on automatic identification, you can select a Huddle member or any user in your Account. If the chosen user is not identified in the recording, the generic "Teacher" label will be used. This puts the decision in the hands of someone who knows who is actually in the recording.
Depending on where you run AI Reports — a Huddle or your Workspace — you will see slightly different options. Both web and the Sibme mobile app support this feature.
Who is this article for?
Based on the default user settings in the Sibme platform, you should have permission to complete this task if you are one of the User levels listed below. If you do not see the screens described in this article, ask your administrator if you have permission.

Running AI Reports in a Huddle
When you run AI Reports from a Video or Audio file inside a Huddle, you will be prompted to choose the teacher before the report runs. You will see the following options:
Huddle Member
Select this option to choose a teacher from the list of participants in the current Huddle.
All Huddle participants are listed in alphabetical order, with the User running AI Reports shown at the top.
A search bar at the top of the list lets you search for a specific participant. Results begin to appear after you have typed 1–2 characters.
Once you select a participant, the Select button turns green and becomes clickable.
Click the green Select button to confirm your choice and proceed. AI Reports will run as normal using the teacher you selected.
Note: If you are running AI Reports on a video inside a Goal Action Item, the "Huddle Member" option will appear as Goal Member everywhere it is displayed.
Account Member
Select this option to choose any User in your Sibme Account as the teacher — useful for any video in a Huddle where the teacher may not be a Huddle participant.
Clicking the Select button for this option opens a modal listing all Users in the account.
Users are listed in alphabetical order with the following sortable columns: Name, Email, and Role (the User's role in the Account). Click any column header to sort.
A search bar at the top lets you search by Name or Email. Results begin to appear after 1–2 characters.
Results are displayed 10 users per page.
Once you select a user, the Select button turns green. Click it to confirm and run AI Reports.
Running AI Reports in Your Workspace
When you run AI Reports on a Video or Audio file stored in your Workspace, you will see the following option:
Account Member — Choose any user in your Sibme account as the teacher. Works the same as described above.
The Huddle Member option is not available when running AI Reports from your Workspace since there are no Huddle Participants to choose from.
Choosing a Teacher on Mobile (iOS & Android)
The Sibme mobile apps also support choosing a teacher when running AI Reports.
How to Access
Open the Video or Audio recording.
Tap the … (more) menu.
Tap Run AI Reports.
You will be prompted to choose a teacher before the report runs.
Your Options on Mobile
Just like on the web, your options will depend on whether you are running AI Reports in a Huddle/Goal or your Workspace. If you are running in a Huddle/Goal, then you will get both options, Huddle and Account Member. If you are running AI Reports in your Workspace then you will only get the Account Member option.
Huddle Member
A list of all Huddle participants is displayed in alphabetical order.
Use the search bar at the top to find a specific participant.
Tap a name to select that person as the teacher. The Done button at the bottom will turn green once a selection is made.
Tap Done to confirm and run AI Reports.
Note: If you are running AI Reports on a Goal Action Item video, "Huddle Member" will appear as Goal Member.
Account Member
A list of all users in your Account is displayed in alphabetical order.
Use the search bar at the top to search by name.
Tap a name to select that person as the teacher. The Done button will turn green once a selection is made.
Tap Done to confirm and run AI Reports.
Note: Only one teacher can be selected at a time.
