Running AI Reports on Video and Audio files in Sibme can be completed in your Workspace and Huddles (depending on your permissions). You can run the AI Reports either from the Artifact list or from the “AI Report” tab for a Video or Audio file.
Who is this article for?
If you do not see the “AI Report” tab on your video when viewing your video, then you do not have permission to run AI Report, either because it is not enabled in your Account or because you do not have permission in the Huddle you are participating in. For more on Huddle Permissions for AI Report, click here. AI Report requires transcription of the video or audio file in order to run, so be sure you see the transcription of your video or audio file before trying to run the AI Report.
Based on the default user settings in the Sibme platform, you should have permission to complete this task if you are one of the user levels listed below. If you do not see the screens in this article, you can ask your Sibme account administrator if you have permission.

Steps to complete this task
To run AI Report on a video or audio file, click on the . . . More Menu for the video and select “Run AI Report” or click the “Run AI Report” button on the AI Report tab for the video or audio file.
AI Analysis will begin automatically. Depending on the length of your recording, AI Analysis might take some time to complete. Feel free to navigate away from your video or audio file or leave Sibme completely. You can return to your file later to view your AI Report and share it to other parts of Sibme. By default, once AI analysis is complete, you will receive an email notification with a link back to your Artifact.
To view your AI report, click on the video or audio file and then click on the AI Report tab. In the AI Report pane, the Summary and reports will show. You can resize the pane by clicking and dragging the pane divider and zoom in and out of report visuals by pinching the screen. Click the left and right arrows to navigate between reports, or select the report you wish to view from the dropdown box. Clicking on timeline charts within the reports will jump to that moment in the recording. To learn more about viewing help AI Reports, click here..
