How to Reset Your Password
Go to app.sibme.com, or open the Sibme Mobile App.
Click Forgot Password? below the login area.
Enter the email address associated with your account, then click Send Reset Link.
Open the reset email and click the link to create a new password.
Note: The reset link is sent to the email address on file for your account. If you're not sure which email that is, see Logging into Sibme to find it.
If You Don't Receive the Reset Email
If the reset email doesn't arrive within a few minutes:
Check your spam or junk folder.
Make sure you used the email address associated with your account. If your account is connected to a different email, the reset link won't arrive — see Logging into Sibme for help finding your email or Username.
Try again with a different email address if your account may be under another one.
If you still can't get in, your administrator can issue you temporary credentials. Log in with those, then change your password in your User Settings. Administrators can find the steps in Can I Change a User's Password?
