How Sibme Login Works
The Sibme login page at app.sibme.com offers four ways to sign in:
Email and password — Enter the email address associated with your account and your password, then click Sign In.
Sign in with Google — If your Google account uses the same email address as your Sibme account, click Sign in with Google and select that account.
Sign in with Microsoft — If your Microsoft account uses the same email address as your Sibme account, click Sign in with Microsoft and select that account.
Sign in with SSO — If your organization has enabled single sign-on, click Sign in with SSO.
Sign in with Google and Sign in with Microsoft are alternative ways into the same account — as long as that account uses your Sibme email, you can use them even if you also have a Username and password. SSO is different: it's set up and controlled by your organization.
If your administrator gave you temporary credentials, use them to log in, then update your password in your User Settings.
If you're not sure which method applies to your account, the steps below can help. If you're still having trouble logging in, see Troubleshooting Login Issues for common fixes.
How to Find Your Email or Username
There are 3 ways we recommend you use to find your email or Username:
1. Check for your original Sibme invitation email
When your account was created, an invitation was sent to the email address on file. Search your inbox — including work, school, and personal accounts — for an email from Sibme. The account that received that original invitation is the one connected to your Sibme login.
2. Try the Forgot Password link
If you think your account uses an email address and password, you can use the Forgot Password flow to confirm which email is linked to your account.
Go to app.sibme.com.
Click Forgot Password? in the lower right of the login area.
Enter an email address and click Send Reset Link.
If that email is connected to a Sibme account, you'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. If you don't receive one, try a different email address.
3. Ask your administrator
If the steps above don't resolve it, your administrator can look up the email address or Username on file for your account. Reach out to the person who manages Sibme at your organization. Additionally, your administrator can assist with reactivating deactivated accounts or verifying institutional access if needed.
Note: Your Sibme Username is managed by your administrator and cannot be changed by you directly. If you need your Username updated, contact your administrator.
