Submitted Forms can be viewed by other users in your account based on their Account, Huddle, and Goal roles. Account Roles supersede Huddle and Goal roles.
Account-Wide Access:
Account Owners and Super Admins can see all form Submissions in the Account from Account Settings > Forms > Locations. To learn more about Locations, click here.
Huddle Access
Collaboration Huddles
Owners/Creators - Can see all Form Submissions in the Huddle
Members- Can see their own Form Submissions by default. This can be customized in optional settings for a form, for more information on optional settings, click here.
Viewers - Cannot see any Form Submissions.
Coaching Huddles
Coaches- Can see all Form Submissions in the Huddle
Coachees- Can see their own Form Submissions by default. This can be customized in optional settings for a form, for more information on optional settings, click here.
Assessment Huddles
Assessors- Can see all Form Submissions in the Huddle
Assessees- Can see their own Form Submissions by default. This can be customized in optional settings for a form, for more information on optional settings, click here.
Goals Access
Goal Owners- Can see all Form Submissions for their Goals
Collaborators
Viewers - Can see all Form Submissions
Editors - Cannot see any Form Submissions
