The Review Together feature extends Sibme’s Forms Reports, empowering you to compare multiple Forms from different submissions side-by-side. Whether you’re reviewing performance over time or comparing responses across submissions, Review Together provides a seamless and intuitive way to view and analyze data.
Who is this article for?
Based on the default user settings in the Sibme platform, you should have permission to complete this task if you are one of the User levels listed below. If you do not see the screens in this article, you can ask your Sibme account administrator if you have permission.

Review Together is designed to work in tandem with Forms Reports. It allows you to view Form data from different Form submissions all on a single screen. The key is that the Form Submissions are all grouped by the Form Template they came from.
How to Access Review Together
Review Together is accessible directly within Forms Reports. Follow these steps:
Navigate to Forms Reports: Begin by opening Forms Reports from the Sibme menubar.
Select Your Forms: Choose the specific Forms you wish to compare by clicking on the selection boxes on the far left of each row. Select as many Forms as needed. Remember, use the Filter Bar to reduce the number of Form Submissions shown.
Initiate Review Together: Click the “Review Together” button to launch the comparison modal. "Review Together" can be found under the . . . more menu at the top right of the table.
Using Review Together
Form Submissions are all grouped by the Form Template they came from. For example, if you have 20 submitted Forms across multiple different submissions all from the same Form Template, Review Together will display all the submitted data in 1 table. If your selections come from different Form Templates, Review Together intelligently groups the data by Template. Navigation buttons labeled “Previous Template” and “Next Template” appear at the top of the modal, letting you quickly switch between views for each Template.
Single Template Review
Unified View: If all selected Forms share the same Forms Template, Review Together aggregates all submissions on one screen.
Comprehensive Data: All data – across all tabs – is presented, allowing for thorough analysis of each submission.
Multi-Template Review
Grouped Data: When selections include different Forms Templates, Review Together groups the submissions by Template.
Template Navigation: Use the “Previous Template” and “Next Template” buttons located at the top of the modal to cycle through each group.
Focused Comparison: This layout ensures that data for each Template is clearly separated, simplifying comparative reviews.
