Who is this article for?

Based on the default user settings in the Sibme platform, you should have permission to complete this task if you are one of the user levels listed below. If you do not see the screens in this article, you can ask your administrator if you have permission.

  • Users

  • Admin

  • Super Admin

  • Account Owner

Steps to accomplish the task:

Custom video marker tags enable users to categorize and add context to their video comments within Huddles.

Account Owners have the option to customize up to four (4) video marker tags in their Account Settings.

Users who have huddle creation rights within Sibme have the option to enable the video marker tags in the Coaching or Collaboration Huddles they create. The markers can also be filtered within Huddles. Finally, if the Account Owner enables analytics within the account, custom video marker tags can be tracked.

Framework Tags

Framework tags are associated with framework standards within the account and are tracked in analytics.

Essentially, there is no limit to the number of standards that can exist within a Framework. Account Owners have the option of creating Frameworks in the Account Settings area of the Sibme platform. Once these are created and published, individuals who have Huddle creation rights within Sibme have the option of enabling Frameworks in Huddles they are creating. During the creation process, Account Owners may select Performance Levels in association with standards. They can be tracked in Analytics to help leaders make important program-wide decisions.

Whether you use Custom Video Marker Tags or Framework Tags, adding tagging to your text comments can improve the data you collect on your videos and also improve the feedback you provide to other people in your Sibme account.
