How do I share my Framework/Rubric with my Child Accounts

Sharing a rubric or framework with child accounts is as easy as flicking on a switch. There are two points in where you can turn on the sharing switch.

You can turn on the sharing switch at the start of Rubric Creation and then continue on creating your Rubric by following our How do I author frameworks and rubrics? Help Article.

If you have already created your Framework/Rubric, you can still share your Rubric with your Child Accounts by editing and turning on the sharing switch.

Once the Rubric Parent/Child Sharing switch has been turned on and the rubric saved, then all you need is to publish your Framework/Rubric and it will be available for use in your Child Accounts.

Log-in to one of your Child Accounts, create a Huddle and try to select the Framework from the drop down list.
