This module allows the Form Builder to choose data that is already entered in Sibme User Settings for a different user from the user submitting the form. This module is different from the User Field option, where the form submitter’s data will auto-populate in the form submission.

Who is this article for?

Based on the default user settings in the Sibme platform, you should have permission to complete this task if you are one of the user levels listed below. If you do not see the screens in this article, you can ask your administrator if you have permission.

  • Users

  • Admin

  • Super Admin

  • Account Owner

Steps to complete this task

  1. Click and drag the User Data Module from the list of options into the Form Template.

  2. By default, this module will automatically pull the name of the User who is selected from the list. Form Submitters will search in the bar for any user in your account.

  3. If you wish to include other data from the selected-user’s User Settings, toggle on the “Include User Data” button and select the items you wish to include in your Form.

NOTE: User Fields will auto populate with the data already in a User’s User Settings when the form is Submitted. If the User has not completed the field in their User Settings, the data will not populate in the form when it is submitted. Also, any changes in a User’s User Settings after the Form is Submitted will not be reflected in the form submission.
