You can use Sibme Huddles to collect data through native forms built in your Sibme account. Huddle Participants (depending on your Huddle Role and permissions) can assign other participants a form to complete in the Huddle. Assigning a form allows you to ensure that other people in your Sibme account complete it and even lets you choose a due date.
Who is this article for?
Based on the default user settings in the Sibme platform, you should have permission to complete this task if you are one of the user levels listed below. If you do not see the screens in this article, you can ask your administrator if you have permission.

Steps to complete this task
Click on the Green Plus button from your Huddle and choose Assign Form.
Decide whether you want to assign your form with or without a due date. Assigning a due date creates automatic email notifications for form Assignees 24 hours before the due date.
Choose the Huddle Participants you wish to assign the form. NOTE: As the form assigner, you will be able to see all Assignee’s submissions, but if you wish to complete the form yourself, you will also need to assign the form to yourself in this step.
A list of Form Templates will display, you can click the preview button to see the full form.
Click the Use button to assign your form (either from the list of forms or from the preview).
You will see the start date and due date (if you chose to assign the form with a due date). If you choose a start date in the future, your form will not be accessible to Form Assignees in the Huddle until the start date. You will also see optional settings for your form.
