Forms that have been assigned to you will be visible among the Artifacts in your Huddles. Once you have been assigned a form, and the start date has passed, you will be allowed to begin working on your form
Who is this article for?
Based on the default user settings in the Sibme platform, you should have permission to complete this task if you are one of the user levels listed below. If you do not see the screens in this article, you can ask your administrator if you have permission.

Steps to complete this task
Click on the purple tile for your assigned form to begin working on it.
If you would like to save your work before you have completed your form, click Save. This will allow you to return to the form later. The Saved form will be listed among your Artifacts.
When you’re ready to submit your form, click the green Submit button.
After you have submitted your form, you may have options to restart, download, email, or delete your form. To learn more about optional settings for forms, click here.
